We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Development
Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and prospecting through different mediums
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and partners
  • Engage in pre-sales activities
  • Follow up on new sales leads to develop RFP responses
  • Develop custom solution proposals
  • Customize sales presentations to present to prospective customers
  • Develop Strategic Alliances in the target territory
  • Work with customers and the respective delivery team to ensure satisfactory delivery
  • Build relationships with enterprise and service provider accounts
  • Work closely with internal team to develop an account strategy

Skills Required:

  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience of engaging with customers senior management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to open new enterprise accounts by engaging at senior level
  • Ability to work with inside sales and marketing team
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business
  • Managed Large Enterprise and/or Service Provider customers

Education:

B.Sc / B.Tech + MBA – Preferred

Experience:

  • 5 + years in IT Sales. Marketing & Business Development functions at the Management Level
  • 2 years Experience in Team Handling
